A magazine that puts quality prose and poetry on the map.

General infoEdit

Gold Dust magazine was started in 2004 by Omma Velada (author of The Mackerby Scandal and a number of short stories) and published four issues per year up to 2008, when the magazine became bi-annual. At present the magazine is run by a small team with a core of about four people and occasional help from others. The magazine is operated as an ongoing competition with a small entry fee asnd prizes for published poems and short satories. The team is always on the lookout for truly outstanding and original prose and poetry (hence the name Gold Dust), while also featuring literary articles and interviews, short plays, novel extracts, TV/radio/film scripts and original artwork and photography.
